“Ghouse is a frequent guest on Fox News, (The Hannity Show), and has been interviewed on nationally syndicated Radio shows along with Dallas TV, Print and Radio networks and occasional interviews on NPR. He is a member of the Texas Faith panel of Dallas Morning News and writes on issues facing the nation every week.”
First of all, any thinking person who has observed Islam for a few years knows that “pluralism” is NOT “embedded” in their line of thought. Anyone who is not a Muslim is an infidel and a worker of Satan, by their line of thought. I have lived in a Muslim country in the military, and as military personnel, I had occasion to briefly visit other several Muslim countries.
On the Hannity Show on Fox News on 5/07/2012, Ghouse exercised his frequent role as an apologist for Obama. He said that Obama’s recent practice of releasing former Muslim anti-American militants from prisons in order to cultivate their sympathy, and that of former Taliban fighters, in hopes that,, in their gratitude, they will refrain from anti-American violence (until at least after his self-assured re-election?) is a good policy. I think it is just as insane as Operation Fast and Furious.
Why do the national mainstream media coddle Ghouse?
The answer to that question: It is probably because the media thinks that they have found the moderate Muslim voice that they seek to justify their own misguided complacency and apathy in the face of the Muslim threat to destroy Americans’ lives. Ghouse astutely recognized this niche and is economically exploiting it. The liberal, biased media have long ago committed themselves to the concept of the benefits of “diversity” of all religions and nationalities, and they try in vain to reconcile that concept with traditional American values. Pluralism destroyed the Roman and other empires. Even the Holy Bible recognizes the hazards of diversity, in Genesis 11:1 and Genesis 11:5-8 we see that God saw diverse language as a way of punishing his people.
It was the misguided concept of there being "benefits" to diversity that influenced our Government to open up our ports, ignore 8 CFR 235.1(a)(1) by giving inadmissible people the benefit of the doubt, and, as a result, admit illiterate, insolvent peasants, many of whom, on 9-1-2011 turned out to be suicide bombers. If Pollyanna were a real person, not even she would buy such a misguided concept. Only part of America’s dumbed-down college community are buying it. The student opponents do not speak up because to do so would endanger their grades (since most students are parroting the ideas of socialist college professors), and maybe even endanger their safety, since there are genuinely, potentially violent criminals on every college campus.

Ted Nugent and the Witch Hunt
Ted Nugent is just another pessimist. Many prominent people are talking about leaving the U.S. to live elsewhere if Obama is re-elected. Many fear that they will be persecuted by a leader whose best friends, before he was elected, were militant subversives, and they have not forgotten that his wife said that, before his election, she was never proud of the U.S. Future exiles want to take their honestly- earned wealth where they can enjoy it in retirement before Obama redistributes it to the parasites that elected him.
Some patriots, like Nugent, want to stay and confront whatever fate awaits the U.S. After such escapades as "Fast and Furious," many wonder exactly what Obama is up to; whether he wants to promote Marxism with a personally-selected drug war combatant in Mexico and Latin America. Many more are not certain as to whether Obama is even a citizen and what his motive is in objecting to requiring voters to present a picture ID. Someday, an expert on documents is going to go to Indonesia and to Kenya and observe those countries' public and personal records to see if they are consistent with his claims to U.S. citizenship. There are reports of inconsistencies.
Since we have no national ID card, anyone can counterfeit the documents that would be used to support a national ID card, but if we had a national ID card, the applicants would be examined by an expert, not some naive young girl registering voters after they pass a state driver's test. There are many reasons not to trust Obama and his Administration, and the person of Eric Holder and his radical views against gun ownership do nothing to alleviate the fears and suspicions.
I have not read any actual threat by Ted Nugent against the Government. Prophesies of self-doom can be interpreted many different ways. It therefore seems that the Secret Service is conducting an Obama-directed witch hunt. I expect to see a lot of that in the rest of this election year. Obama and his minions, many of questionable character, including his personally-selected Secret Service agents, are not going to give up power peaceably, and we are going to see election fraud on a scale that will make Kennedy and LBJ tactics look amateur. And I predict more witch hunts as diversions away from Obama's economic failures. Obama comes from ground zero in election fraud-Cook County, IL. As in any country, there are also those in the U.S. who would welcome a totalitarian Government and a despotic leader--those who think that they would personally profit from such a government--or those who would lose their current economic power.

Obama’s latest demagoguery is much like an autoimmune disease --where the immune system mistakes some part of the body as a pathogen and attacks its own cells.
Obama’s latest attack on capitalism (commodity speculation) is actually an attack upon his own legislation: the Dodd-Frank Act, which he signed into law in 2009. The Dodd-Frank Act was passed in 2009 when the Democrats still controlled both houses and during the era when Obama was bribing Congressmen to get his Obama Care Bill passed. Here is the Act:

There has always been speculation in the commodities exchange industry. Our commodity trading is one of the sources of America’s wealth, a wealth that Obama wants to disintegrate and redistribute among those who are consumers rather than producers. It’s called welfare.
Obama knows that there will be no further change in our Commodities exchange program so soon after his Dodd-Frank Act. All he really wants to do is demonize the oil industry --and capitalism in general--since there are many other commodities besides oil that are exchanged. Obama is from Chicago, where it is a way of life. It is the location of the Chicago Board of Trade, the quintessential center for commodity futures exchange.

The Obama-Biden Snake-Oil Cure
In recent years the old snake-oil salesman jokes have subsided, but only because of their trite use. The allegory is still as true as it was in the American frontier days when the travelling snake-oil salesmen roamed the west. The allegory value still applies significantly to the Barack Obama sales effort to get the American public to accept Obama Care. The main difference between Obama and the travelling snake-oil salesman is that the salesman could be far away on his itinerary before his customers figured out that the snake-oil cure-all cured nothing. In fact, it may have made a few people sick in the stomach in addition to whatever other ailments they may have had. Unlike the snake-oil salesmen of the Old West, Obama won’t be far away if we buy Obama Care; he’ll be our “leader” for four more years.
Obama Care works the same way as snake oil. Joe Biden is up on the bandwagon telling us that once we enact Obama Care, we’ll find that it works fine. In other words, he is asking us to be the Obama Care guinea pig. The frontier snake-oil salesman always had a shill (fellow grifter) in the audience to testify as to how great snake oil was. Joe Biden’s demagoguery works the same way. Like snake-oil, there is no money-back guarantee for Obama Care. Once we buy it, it’s ours from here to eternity.
We see such blatantly biased commentators as Bob Schieffer caustically attack Mitt Romney and the opponents of Obama Care at every opportunity. Americans should take that as a good sign—they are genuinely worried about Romney-and only Romney, among the Republican candidates for President. The Democrats and their partner, the mainstream media are worried, and in their relentless demagoguery, have no intention of giving the American people or the Republicans an even break. They try to be subtle, but anyone who has been watching Bob Schieffer or CBS for very long, knows that he has never been subtle. He is the perfect shill for the snake-oil scam called Obama Care.
The media and the Democrat leaders continue to give Obama a pass on every SNAFU, and let him laugh off every critical error, including the one he made with the Russian President, Medvedev. A Dog Named Cambro
Back in early 1955, not long after I arrived in Northern Italy with the USAF, accompanied by a colleague, I was driving my car around the city of Udine, near our base at Campoformido. We drove around a block in central Udine, and I noticed a small dog that appeared to be chasing my car. To make sure, I drove around the block a couple more times. Sure enough, the small dog continued to follow our car for some reason. Neither I nor my colleague had seen the dog before. The third time around the block, an elderly, courtly-looking Italian gentleman with a great coat, a walking cane and golfer-style cap was out on the street walking a German shepherd on a leash. He flagged us down and rebuked us for “treating our dog that way” and demanded that we put the dog in our car. Since we had only recently arrived in Italy, neither of us spoke enough Italian to explain to the gentleman that we had never seen the dog before, I opened my car door and the dog hopped in the back seat.
At first, I thought we’d drive to a different part of town, out of sight of the old dog lover, and let the dog out. However, we found the dog so “simpatico” that we decided to take him back to our base. The dog was a small brown dog, probably of the Italian “volpino” breed. In Italian, the word “volpino” means “little fox.” The dog stayed around our camp and soon he was given the name, “Cambro.” I have no idea how that name evolved.
It would not be correct to say that the entire base “adopted” Cambro; it would be more correct to say that Cambro adopted the entire base as his owner. Cambro was much like one of us. He was always the first in the “chow line” at the mess hall at meal time, and the cooks always had a dish prepared for him.
Burglaries had been a problem at some of our outlying radar and communication sites, and some Army personnel liked to keep Cambro at their site. Cambro had strong security instincts and always barked when any stranger approached that site, or any site where he happened to be. He quickly got to know all five hundred men at our base, and barked vigorously at anyone who did not belong there. I later learned that the volpino breed of dog has strong security instincts, and thus Cambro proved not only a good companion, good for the morale of all the troops, but a good security dog.
Cambro stayed at our camp for a couple of years, and perhaps in response to his security instincts, or perhaps looking for a former owner, started going out to the nearby, busy highway to chase cars. Soon, our hearts were saddened, for Cambro was run over and killed. I’m sure that all the troops of Campoformido who had known Cambro will remember him. The small volpino reinforced my theory that animals sometimes make the choice in which humans they adopt as their friends. We were fortunate that Cambro chose us.

Demagoguing Deportation
The political and media demagoguery opposing deportation of illegal aliens is a perfidious force in our country. I recently heard Fox News reporter Bill Reilly characterize deportation as "dragging" illegal aliens back to Mexico or their home country. During the recent Republican debates, someone characterized deportation as "ripping" families apart.
The facts:
1. No child of illegal aliens is required to remain in the U.S. if their parents are deported. Their children born here are dual nationals and enjoy the same citizenship rights as their parents in their home countries, at least to age 18. It's call juste sanguine. It is based upon international protocol to protect dual national children (sometimes called "anchor babies" in the U.S.) and it allows the parents to make the decision on whether to leave children behind or take them with them back to their homelands. Child welfare workers may require court-ordered custodial guardians if the children are left behind.
2. No illegal alien has ever been deported from the United States without Constitutional due process.
3. Deportation Procedure probably has more avenues of appeals than any other legal proceeding.
4. There is a Board of Immigration Appeals that can overrule an immigration judge.
5. If all other avenues of appeal fail, an illegal alien still has the right to judicial review. This means that any case with merit can be transferred to a U.S. Court.
Fortunately, the overwhelming majority of deportees agree to waive a hearing before an immigration judge and request a voluntary departure to Mexico, or to Guatemala. These countries, which have relatively high numbers of illegal entrants into the U.S., do not require their foreign consuls to be notified and therefore consuls do not automatically interview every deportee. This procedure has often been demagogued by the Mexican Government, blaming the U.S. for not allowing all deportees to see their consuls before deportation. Nothing could be further from the truth. It is Mexico's own policy to not give interviews to all deportees. To do so would require the commitment of enormous manpower and monetary resources. Moreover, nationals from these two countries know that it is easier to return to their home countries, then re-enter the U.S. illegally, than to undergo the time and expense of a deportation proceeding, which can drag out for months.
It is easy for political and news media demagogues to make scapegoats of the immigration law enforcement agencies of the U.S. Government. False charges by the media and politicians of violating the rights of illegal aliens is standard fare. Most of the time the government cannot respond to more than a small number of the enormous amount of frivolous and trumped-up complaints. Moreover, the news media has no interest whatsoever in telling both sides of the deportation story, or in telling the unbiased, unvarnished truth. The only chance the public has for learning the truth about immigration deportation procedures is a few blogs like this, but most are mere cries in wilderness. Most Americans, and especially our demagogue politicians and news media, do not even want to know the truth when lies and distortions are easier than doing a little research--and serve their purposes much better. Anyone willing to learn the truth about deportation procedures can research the following sections of immigration law: 8 USC 1251, 8 USC 1225, 8 USC 1324 and 8 USC 1123. All are available on the Internet.
Deportation goes on daily in this country. It is the only fair way to handle illegal immigration. Amnesties only exacerbate the problem and encourage more contempt for, not only immigration laws, but for all of our laws--and the rule of law itself. We have had three amnesties for illegal aliens in the past 35 years [IRCA, 245(i) and Extension of 245(i)], the last one in the past ten years. Those who say we cannot deport illegal aliens are the problem. We can, just as we did when Eisenhower was President, and once we show resolve, there will be a mass exodus of illegal aliens back to their home countries, just as there was in 1954. A national I.D. card with sanctions against employers, and illegal aliens alike, would stop illegal immigration in a heartbeat.
Many illegal Mexicans in the U.S. own free farm land in Mexico (called "ejidos") and free farm implements that they may check out from their government owned co-ops. While they are here illegally, most of them pay friends or relatives to occupy the ejidos in order that it not be re-possessed and re-issued by their Mexican government. A local "Commissario" oversees the farms. These farms are self-sufficient and most produce enough crops and livestock to support their families, just as our own farmers were self-sufficient during the Great Depression (I remember it well). The facts:
1. No child of illegal aliens is required to remain in the U.S. if their parents are deported. Their children born here are dual nationals and enjoy the same citizenship rights as their parents in their home countries, at least to age 18. It's call juste sanguine. It is based upon international protocol to protect dual national children (sometimes called "anchor babies" in the U.S.) and it allows the parents to make the decision on whether to leave children behind or take them with them back to their homelands. Child welfare workers may require court-ordered custodial guardians if the children are left behind.
2. No illegal alien has ever been deported from the United States without Constitutional due process.
3. Deportation Procedure probably has more avenues of appeals than any other legal proceeding.
4. There is a Board of Immigration Appeals that can overrule an immigration judge.
5. If all other avenues of appeal fail, an illegal alien still has the right to judicial review. This means that any case with merit can be transferred to a U.S. Court.
Fortunately, the overwhelming majority of deportees agree to waive a hearing before an immigration judge and request a voluntary departure to Mexico, or to Guatemala. These countries, which have relatively high numbers of illegal entrants into the U.S., do not require their foreign consuls to be notified and therefore consuls do not automatically interview every deportee. This procedure has often been demagogued by the Mexican Government, blaming the U.S. for not allowing all deportees to see their consuls before deportation. Nothing could be further from the truth. It is Mexico's own policy to not give interviews to all deportees. To do so would require the commitment of enormous manpower and monetary resources. Moreover, nationals from these two countries know that it is easier to return to their home countries, then re-enter the U.S. illegally, than to undergo the time and expense of a deportation proceeding, which can drag out for months.
It is easy for political and news media demagogues to make scapegoats of the immigration law enforcement agencies of the U.S. Government. False charges by the media and politicians of violating the rights of illegal aliens is standard fare. Most of the time the government cannot respond to more than a small number of the enormous amount of frivolous and trumped-up complaints. Moreover, the news media has no interest whatsoever in telling both sides of the deportation story, or in telling the unbiased, unvarnished truth. The only chance the public has for learning the truth about immigration deportation procedures is a few blogs like this, but most are mere cries in wilderness. Most Americans, and especially our demagogue politicians and news media, do not even want to know the truth when lies and distortions are easier than doing a little research--and serve their purposes much better. Deportation goes on daily in this country. It is the only fair way to handle illegal immigration. Amnesties only exacerbate the problem and encourage more contempt for, not only immigration laws, but for all of our laws--and the rule of law itself. We have had three amnesties for illegal aliens in the past 35 years [IRCA, 245(i) and Extension of 245(i)], the last one in the past ten years. Those who say we cannot deport illegal aliens are the problem. We can, just as we did when Eisenhower was President, and once we show resolve, there will be a mass exodus of illegal aliens back to their home countries, just as there was in 1954. A national I.D. card with sanctions against employers, and illegal aliens alike, would stop illegal immigration in a heartbeat.
Many illegal Mexicans in the U.S. own free farm land in Mexico (called "ejidos") and free farm implements that they may check out from their government owned co-ops. While they are here illegally, most of them pay friends or relatives to occupy the ejidos in order that it not be re-possessed and re-issued by their Mexican government. A local "Commissario" oversees the farms. These farms are self-sufficient and most produce enough crops and livestock to support their families, just as our own farmers were self-sufficient during the Great Depression (I remember it well).
