The Republicans seem to have finally figured out the strategy of the Chicago thug: bullying and intimidation. The increase of the debt limit is his problem, as much as he'd like to palm it off on the Republicans. Obama does not negotiate in good faith because he puts nothing in writing; he thinks the Republicans should be naive enough to accept his word as gospel.
